It’s really interesting that every year, in the fall, inventory shrinks and yet some of the best sales happen in December, January and February. In the last two week, I’ve put 3 homes under contract. One was priced at $485,000 another priced at $775,000 and the third was priced at $825,000 (In New London). What great opportunities my sellers had because they stayed with the program!!! I expect that there will be more stories like these but you have to be actively listed and marketed now through spring. Don’t let the winter months slow your plans down.
