Are you looking for an agent who knows something about Green Homes or Sustainable Living? I am one of only a few agents in New Hampshire with the National Association of Realtors Green Designation. To receive this designation I took hours of online classes, and traveled to southern New Jersey to complete the live classroom portion. Both sections were followed by intense testing that I passed with flying colors.
Another designation that I’ve earned is the GRI or Graduate of Real Estate Institute. This class was eight parts of 16 hours each. All the classes dealt with different aspects of bettering myself to become a superior agent. Some classes were focused on State Law, using technology, and better understanding financing.
