Over the course of the last three years, a positive trend has developed. Eastman NH home sales have steadily gained. In 2011 only 28 homes sold. In 2012, 45 homes sold but the year of 2013, 56 homes sold. Thats very positive news!! 2014 has started a little slow, with this weather being consistently cold along with the snow and rain events, I am not surprised. Yet as of 3/19/14 5 homes have sold and 6 are under contract. It is of my opinion we will see home sales again reach the 50+ mark and potentially break 60. Interest rates will have an affect on how well we do but if they go no higher than a 1/4 point from where they are now there should be little consequence.
