Another month has come and gone and what an absolutely beautiful month October was!! Warmer weather, for most of the month, was enjoyed by all.
On the Real Estate front there was not a lot to cheer about unless you are a buyer. There were approximately 85 houses on the market for the month and 1 that’s right 1 house went under agreement. If you are a seller that is not good news. If you are a buyer that is great news! Buyers you have your choice of multiple properties in your price range. With little buyer competition you can go after the house you want, in a relaxed atmosphere. Things may be changing as I am starting to show and get more showings on my listings.
