Well the trend continues, home sales in Eastman NH are well behind last years pace. For the first 3 quarters of the year, there have been 35 home sales (1/1/14-9/30/14) vs last years pace of 48 for the same time period. That’s 27% off of last years pace. The good news is, sales were at one point 35% off last years pace. It’s pretty clear to me that Eastman homes sales will total about 45 for the year. That’s not great but its far better then 2011 when only 28 homes sold.
So on the surface things look awful, dig a little deeper and things really are not that bad.
