This has been another solid year for condo sales. For the first 3 quarters of 2014 there have been 13 condos sold. That is right on pace with last year and 20012.
In 2012 there were 15 condo sales in Eastman. In 2013 there were 14. Most likely the year will end with at minimum of 14 condo sales. With October, November and December ahead of us, maybe we can get that number to 16??
The bad news is prices seem to still be on the decline. The average sales price for this year about $150,000-. In 2013 the average sale price was $164,564 and in 2012 the average was $183,960
